Clinical Coordinator – Aged Care | Hervey Bay Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse ready to step into a leadership role in residential aged care? We are working with a leading not-for-profit aged care provider in Hervey Bay, seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join their welcoming and professional team. This role is pivotal in ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care, while supporting and leading the clinical team. About the Role: As Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional clinical care and fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion. You will oversee clinical governance, case management, ACFI, and staff coordination to support the wellbeing of both residents and the care team.
